1. Take a walk in Nature on a regular basis.
2. Find something to laugh at every day.
3. Smile even when no one is looking.
4. Meditate / find 10 or more uninterrupted quiet minutes in each day.
5. Look at the sky and try to find animals, characters or something animated.
